They take your money

Order furniture 8/23/05. Promised delivery 11/28/05. It's now Jan. 28 and I still don't have any furniture. They claim you'll get a tracking number, and you do, but when you go to the tracking system, it doesn't show your order. No one in the customer service department answers the phone, it's an answering machine and they never, never return phone calls. I finally got a live person (through the sales department, they always answer that phone), and cancelled my order. I'm supposed to get my money back within 18 days, more to follow. Do Not Buy Furniture from this on-line company, you'll be sorry if you do. Warning warning warning!
