Ripoff, Selling pine wood shutters as Bass wood shutters, not delivering as promised

This is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I was a customer of Mike and Cindy Margott, owners of Shoreline Shutters, They presented me with a shutter sample that was built by Avalon Shutters as thier own, it was 100% bass wood and beautiful, so I ordered. I then began the awful journey with Shoreline that I would not wish on anyone else.
First the time delay, I was told that since they were fabricating the shutters, I should expect them in 4 to 6 weeks, but after 9 weeks was told that there was a back order on the bass wood that would delay my order 3 or 4 weeks, after 16 weeks my order was scheduled for install, and the continuation of my nightmare.
The attempted installation was unbelievable, the shutters were literally falling apart before installation, and their installer said that this was not unusual, and that the panel could be screwed together to fix them. He also said that since the pine was heavier, that they would sag a little if we kept them open.
"Pine You Said", thats right, "PINE", not the basswood that I had been promised and was told was on back order.
As it turns out the installation was never finished and I was forced to order my shutters from another company. I was one of the lucky ones that was able to get a full refund from my credit card. It has also been brought to my attention that "Pine" is the cheapest wood available in that industry, it has much to much water content, allowing for warpage, sagging and cracking.
Even after this fiasco, Mike, Cindy and Shoreline continue to try and run my credit card and collect funds frauduently, forcing me to close that account.
BOTTOM LINE, "Watch Out For These People", they are not people you want to do business with, ask around, and do your homework, You'll find that this is not who you want to work with.
Don't get ripped off by "shoreline shutters" or the "margotts"
