Wes McLaughlina - Ken Montoya ripoff, took check and did not get products, came to our home and assured us we would get what we paid for - NOT!

Since May 5, we have been waiting for a refund and for shutters that were ordered then. We were scammed by their false advertisement in the "Savvy Shopper" magazine; we were yelled at, called names, and lied to at every turn.

We even had Wes McLaughlina and Ken Montoya in our home spouting lies about how we would get our product and how the defects in the shutters we had would be fixed. We have not heard from them since October.

On one occasion when 2 of our shutters were installed, I heard one of the installers speaking to "Stephanie" (who we knew very well from all of our phone calls to her), that he had better have a paycheck when he gets back to the office and it better not bounce this time!!! After becoming aware of your website, we know why now!

We had filed a complaint with the ROC and the BBB and have a hearing scheduled on January 19 with the Office of Administrative Hearings. Unfortuantely, we paid by check because of the so-called "discount" that was offered!

We were lied to as to the length of time it would be for us to receive our shutters, each time telephone calls had to be generated us, no return phone calls, no product and no refunds! Discount Blind and Shade has had $2,815.00 of our money since May and we do not have the shutters we paid for!

They need to be held responsible for what they have done to us and to many many other consumers and we are now in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General, thanks to the information we received from your website. Why don't we all get together and file a class action lawsuit? These people need to be stopped immediately.
