Ripoff, Did not recieve product, will not respond

On August 22 I purchased the laser storm and some accesories to a total $207.89. The company estimated 6-8 week delivery. When I called at 10 weeks the recording stated that due to high demand that delivery was taking longer than estimated.

I made multiple calls to the service number on the credit card reciept. 1-800-711-8357 always had a recording stating to call back during business hours (listing m-f pacific time 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). The message continued even during business hours as listed.

I saw the infomercial again, called the number to order via phone, it was all automated and they gave another 800 number (18007092216). I was left on hold or disconnect after hours of hold without access to a representative. I then e-mailed 2 weeks ago. I still have no product and no refund.
