Ripoff, horrible business practice, deceiving

Don't do business with the Floor Guys, Costa Mesa or Irvine location. The staff, specifically Brenda at the Costa Mesa office will try to get every dime she can out of you. I don't know how someone like herself could go through life doing what she does. Don't give these people the satisfaction of even giving you a quote, the will twist the numbers and hit you with a bill 2 times higher than what you agreed upon
