Beware of overbilling and unauthorized charges, ripoff

I ordered 1 vacuum cleaner and extra filters; I received (yesterday) 4 vacuum cleaners, no extra filters, and a bill that was over $300 (double what I had authorized).
The 1-800 number on the invoice is bogus. And the email address is as well. I will have to contact my credit card company about this. I've ordered numerous items via internet and infomercials and this is the first time I've been ripped off. What a deal!
