Ripoff dishones, took my money and never delivered my orde

On July 7 George Mertz (phone # 919-542-0548), came to measure my windows and took 50% of total amount for the order. My order was supposed to be installed before october 5th; they kept giving me excuses that they were having problems with the manufactured and that they were working on it. The last person I talked to was the office mgr. Neals whon on 11/28/05 told me that my order was going to be shipped to the installers on 12/17/05 and he guarantee that I was going to have my shutters installed before christmas. I talked to the installers and they are no longer working for the company and they told me the Discount, Blind and Shade Factory was filing for Bankrupcy and that the company owed them thousands of dollars on installations they had done and were problably never going to see the money again. I did some search on the company and this is what I found:

And as for the business address, we all know it and also that the office numbers are not working.
