Ripoff wanted one vacuum for my new apartment. Saw ad buy one get one free. Ordered. Shippment came and there were 4 machines

I saw an ad on tv for the vacuum. Ordered it on the phone. The deal was buy one get one free and also get a steamer for the shipping cost. I also paid $10.00 each for the 4 vacuums ($40.00 in all) for 5 year product warrantys plus $74.00 for the shipping.

When my order arrived the shippment had 4 vacuums in it. I called the company and they told me it was a mistake and they would send the spipping company to pick it up the next friday. That came and went so I called the company again and they told me I said I would send it back, which I never said. So then they said they would have it picked up in the next couple fridays. I waited each friday for 5 weeks before they came to get the 2 I didn't order.

All this time they were taking money out of my mastercard account each month. The first time $193.90, then 3 weeks later another $79.00. Then a couple weeks later another $79.90. They were draining my account.

I called them each time and told them they were taking money out I didn't have. Then they told me they would refund my money as soon as they received the cleaners back. Well it is now from July 18 to Dec 6 and I haven't received any money back as yet.

So now I am going to send them another email because they don't answer the phone, when I found the site for rip-offs and found out the vacuums cost only $59.80. Now I am really mad.
