Ripoff $129 to light a pilot light on a gas furnace for my 77 year old mother!

My mother's furnace would not come on. She called Sunset, who quoted her a $79 Service Fee. She agreed. Technician spent less than 5 minutes re-lighting the pilot light and gave her a bill for ANOTHER $50.
The local gas company would have done it for FREE! A minor detail Sunset forgot to tell her.
I told the General Manager at Sunset I would share her story with everyone I know. This is a good start.
