All About Carpet installed a laminate floor for us. The first thing that they did was rip up the wrong floor. While doing this they busted our lamps, ripped a slot machine that was bolted to the wall off the wall (ripping off the back and leaving a big hole in the wall), ripped the bun cabinet away from the wall, took the stuff from the (wrong) room piled it in the garage while they were sawing letting it, the vehicle and everything in the vicinity get covered in saw dust.

Believe it or not we let that entire slide. But when they did finish the job (if you call it finished) it looked like a child installed it. All the laminate and trim had pen marks that will not come off. The miter joints were uneven, cut wrong and just left unfinished. They said that was standard and any other form would cost us more.

In other words they will do the job done jank or janker the price varies and if you want the job finished the way Shaw recommends find someone else. We agreed to pay extra for the stairs as is because they stated it was difficult.

All of this and the fact that they didn't put the ac pipe back in the drain causing the bottom half of our home to be flooded from beneath and warp the crap job done in the first place.

This really has been the worst experience I have ever had and will be sure not to pay all moneys ahead of time and probably will never hire work done again. I have photos of some of the incident if you would like to see and judge for yourself. This really is their finished job and they feel this is acceptable!
