No item sent, no return calls, ripoff, BBB AZ has complaints on file

Ordered MDSE from the website, got confirmation of order. NO expected ship date. After 3 weeks called, get vmail, emailed and got no responses. I was lucky enough to get an email with a vcard attached of Mrs Selene Stewart.

The phone number on the card is obviously her home and there was a cell phone. After many calls I finally got her to return a call to me. She told me that the item was discontinued and she put a credit on my card. I wonder how long it was going to take before SS furnishings was going to tell me the item was disconinued.

As the date of this posting, I still do not have a credit on my card. Phone calls go unanswered. As do emails
