Worthless mattress sold and no return, scam to keep payiong more money to get decent mattress, ripoff

My daughter bought her first bed at the Mattress Store. She just graduated from college and has been sleeping in dorm beds. The second night she called saying she can not sleep on this mattress.

The store does not stand behind it's products, but will take the mattress back and apply what you have already spent to get an upgrade. I do not trust this. They just have a scam to get money from people. We want our money back. There should be a warning on their contract.
