Island Fiberglass Pools
Lied, deceptive, would not communicate, ripoff

This is a manufacturer of fiberglass pools for the swimming pool industry located in Florida. They contracted with my company to supply pools exclusively in a specific market on the east coast.

In they decided to perform all of their pool manufacturing in a foreign country, in order to save costs.in good faith, they took orders for many pools from my company and did not supply the pools, resulting in consumer losses, contractor losses and dealer losses.

They lied about when the pools would get into the US from the foreign country; they lied about when they would be shipped and they lied about when the pools would arrive for the consumers.

They have been uncommunicative, often times requiring dozens of phone calls before a response was received. And, then the response was with inaccurate and misleading information.
