Sent me an email for tomato plants, I ordered them, they did not send them. Ripoff

This company sent me an email for tomato plants. I ordered them, never received them.

I have sent them dozens of emails and they will not respond.

I received another email for free merchandise, and when I checked at the bottom of the email, it was another company, but had the same mailing address as the nursery.
