Ripoff, Excessive delay, salesperson uninvolvement and lack of communication., Arizona

It will be 3 months on 6/22 since we ordered our 4 rooms of furniture totalling $16,000.00 with a down payment of $5,600.00 (promised 4 to 6 weeks as written on our sales receipt).

We have been given a song and dance of 6/10 and 6/17 that some of our furniture may be delivered. The Manager of the Superstition store and the District Manager of the Arizona stores, Mr. Furstonberg, will not even give us the courtesy of calling us back to verify where our furniture is and when all the furniture will be delivered or addressing our frustration and lack of followup.

The lack of followup by the salesperson, the lack of respect for the inconvenience we are experiencing and the lack of interest is appalling. This was a huge order and you would think the company would be interested in delivering on their promise of 4 to 6 weeks according to our sales order.

It really now scares us to read all of the negative reports about Ashley Furniture and what we may experience if and when we actually receive our furniture.

We are contemplating the media and/or legal action because it may be the only recourse we have.
