Palm Springs building contractor writes bad checks

Brain Peulicke, owner of B P Associates in Cathedral City California wrote me a bad check for the amount of $800 dollars drawn on First Community Bank of Indian Wells California. He has not make any attemp of restitution to date and $800 dollars is a lot of money for a bad check. Brian peulicke then closed his bank account and I have not been able to find him to pay for the bad rubber check that he wrote. He also owes me for back rent and the repair of a home he rented and demolished. If you see Brian Peulicke have him call me and pay me the $3,500 dollars he owes me for back rent, bad check, repair of home etc.
