Ripoff harrasment

My name is Jon, I financed a doublewide mobil home from green-point credit in in 2004 they changed their name to green-tree but it's still the same old jerks there.

They call the week after the due date if you don't pay on time (even before the payment is technacally late.) I am currently 2 months behind and they called me yesterday to tell me they are going to take the home if I don't pay them 600 by the end of this month (it's now the 23) so they gave me a whole 8 days to come up with 600 dollars... Nice huh?

I am currently in the Navy and I have a wife and three kids (6yrs, 4yrs, and 4months) When I told them that their reply was "not my problem" so in other words, "I don't care if you end up on the street, I'll sleep just fine with that"... Can you say "IN-HUMAN" These people really don't care what happens to you and are very eager to take the collateral back at the two month mark (that changed in 04 when they changed names) it used to be 3 months was the red line, but now if you are 2 months late on the payment, they will start the process for repossesment.

I hope this report reaches someone before they get involved with these people, they are very pushy and do not work with you enough to help any. They will give you one option for payment after you call them, but it's still out of reach most of the time. If any lawyers want to get involved with this, I would be happy to be involved and sue the crap out of the jerks, they need to be taken down a notch, I just don't have the money to hire a lawyer to pursue it... Otherwise, I wouldn't have the problem in the first place!
