Blackriverfloors.com scammed me. They delivered flooring that looked like firewood. The boards were all short and my installer said the tongues that clicks the boards together were all broken off. We had to pay the installer extra money to try and fix it, but couldn't. When I asked for my money back, they wouldn't take my calls and were really rude. Don't buy from blackriverfloors.com its all junk and they won't return your money. They don't back what they sell. I will never buy from them again.
