Refused To Issue RMA For Faulty Product

On December 23rd, I ordered 4 Cases of Furnance Grill Filters from DoItBest.com as follows:

On December 27th, I was first informed by helpline@doitbest.com that the entire Order was Out Of Stock. Later in the day, I was informed by amanda. Cutler@doitbest.com that all the items were found in another warehouse and could be shipped at no additional cost, if I authorized. I authorized on December 28th.
On January 2nd, I received the Order in full. On January 3rd, I opened the cartons, to install my filters and much to my surprise they were smaller than the original Filters,
also Flanders Precision-Aire Filters, by approximately 1/2-Inch in both directions. I checked both the Flanders & 3M Sites and found that Filters may be upto 1/4" less than labeled sizes to meet the Industry Standard for specific sizes. When installed into my Furnace Grates, the shipped Filters fell into the Furnace Duct because they were smaller than the supporting metal frame.
On January 3rd, I wrote amanda. Cutler@doitbest.com, whom I had worked with on the order, a detailed E-Mail complete with dimensions and a picture I took comparing an original 12 x 12 Filter and the ones that were sent. I never heard back.
Knowing that my request to return had a 30-Day Window from the Order date, I E-Mailed return@doitbest.com, helpline@doitbest.com and products@doitbest.com. I copied my original E-Mail and complained further.
I never heard back.
As far as I am concerned, Do It Best is 'Do It Worse'. They will sell Faulty Parts and refuse to take them back by ignoring Return Material Requests. I am out $143 but it is not worth my time and effort to pursue further. Hopefully enough Internet Surfers will read this and think twice before ordering anything from Do It Best and instead choose the likes of Home Depot, Lowes or other Online Hardware Stores.
