Ripoff, frauds, dishonest

We, of course found this company off the internet. Federated Moving. We were going to move out of state, and changed our minds and moved locally.

We called Federated to let them know that we were moving locally and wanted to still use them. We had already given them a third down of the amount which was $3435.00. Federated got their check from us for $1145.00 in July. Federated told us that we would only get half of the full amount we were getting charged. We said whatever...

Needless to say we still have nothing. I kept on calling and talked with a girl named Angie. Still nothing. So I decided to write to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and Department of Transportation. No one seems to be able to get anywhere with this company. I don't understand how a company can stay in business and get away with this. This really disturbs us. Now I would like to get all our money back, and see this company out of business.
