Ripoff About to close on a new townhome with some problems Franklin

We are about to close on a new townhome built by Pulte. We had an independant inspection done, and there were some signifigant findings. We brought these up at the first walk-thru and found more of our own. They have had close to 2 months to correct them and it appears that, the repairs, are not done to our satifaction. We have the pre-closing walk-thru tommorrow. It could get "ugly". We will not buy a home, a "brand new" home with all these flaws! They say they want us happy. We do not want to close with the "promise", "guarentee", "covered under warranty", etc. That everything will be fixed to our satisfaction!!! Why is this happening? Where is pride in your workmanship? This is a brand new home!!! This is sad, really sad.
