I called the owner of all cool refrigeration, tony i only know his first name.in my restaurant in side the freezer there's alot of ice building up on the pipe. Tony looked at it, and told me it would cost me $475 tax to repair it. He replaced the part and i paid him $513.95. The problem is still there. He never fixed anything. I have been calling him leaving him a voice message but he does not call me back. The serivce was done 12-29-04. He scamed me out of $513.95. Is there any hope of recovering my money?
