Poor Flooring Installation and No Follow-Up on Repairs

I bought $14,500 of flooring and carpeting from Carpet Palace of Greensburg. The quarter round in the bathroom was not nailed in place, the wood flooring in the kitchen is coming loose, and the baseboard in the bedroom is put in so badly that the cupboard door rubs against it.
The man who runs the store came out to look at it and called me after several days to tell me they would be out on Friday (tomorrow) to fix it, and a short time later called me back to say they would be out Thursday (today) to do the repair. I never heard from him again, and they have not shown up or called. I called the store twice and got no answer. Now, how would you feel about this?
