Pickup quiet cab commercial - General Motors pickup

The commercial I saw on TV about how quiet the pickup cabs are said Dodge and Ford both have quieter cabs!!! The guy says their cabs quietness is "second to none". Then he goes on to explain that by "none", he means Dodge and Ford. Therefore he's saying GM cabs are second to dodge and Ford both! I know it's hard to find people now days who know English, but if I was going to spend a lot of money to produce a commercial, I might would hire someone to double check the script.
