Threshold shower curtian - Threshold shower curtain/Target

I purchased their shower curtain and decided to put it up. My questions was... Do I need a liner? I called their 800# on the back of the box to ask the question... 3 people and a 1/2 hour later, I was given a reference # and 800-316-0176 by the Target operator to call the co., that made the product directly. They answered and said "you have just won a $100.gift certificate all we need is your credit card # and experation date. It is a scam-I can't believe Target is part of it! I also can't believe that 2 of thier people disconnected me, when they put me on hold!!! Their shower curtian stinks. I put it in the washer and the folds are still their!!! I think Target should employ people from the US to test their products and to answer their phones!!!
