Ripoff $10.00 rebate that I have never received on purchase of three fry-pans from Bed Bath and Beyond

Purchased 3 frypans from Bed Bath & Beyond. Did exactly what was required for the rebate of $10.00. Mailed it in in the time frame allowed. No response. I wrote them a letter and still nothing. Went to Bed Bath & Beyond to complain and all they gave me was a telephone number to call. I haven't done that yet but most likely will.
