Bought 2000 sqft of wood floor, adopted all recomended timelines in lead-time for purchasing, acclimation period etc Completed work 33 times after buying up item and had 163 sqft left. Company plan would be to cost 20% restocking fee. I believe this really is unjust given that they let you know there's 5% waste which means you purchase additional after which once the wast is less, the 20% fee
