Zaptech Solutions is a FRAUDULENT company - Outsourcing

We contracted with Zaptech Solutions, located in Ahmedabad, India for custom computer programming work, specifically Magento module development. BEWARE, Zaptech is a fraudulent company! They never delivered the promised products/services and they stole more than $40,000 from our company! We have now contacted everyone on their reference list and 5 other past clients have responded that they had the same issues with Zaptech, including one client who lost over $100,000 to Zaptech and with whom we are now working on a lawsuit against them. Our experience is obviously not a random occurrance as they seem to do this to many clients.

They demand more and more money, without providing the product they have contracted to provide. Then, when you demand that they fix things and provide working product, they blame you and say that they will not work on anything (even projects paid in full that are still broken) until you send them more money.in over 8 months of dealing with them, we did not receive A SINGLE WORKING PROJECT (out of 10)!!! Though we had paid them $40,000, they wanted more money to provide us any working programs! We finally figured out that they were just milking us for money and did not intend to actually give us what we were paying for.

Over $12,000 of the money we sent to Zaptech were deposits for jobs that were never even started. They refuse to send us refunds for these deposits either. They say they are applying that money to the final payments for our other projects. We didn't pay the final payments because they never provided the finished, functional projects! And even worse, we paid at least half of all of the projects (over $15,000) and none of them are the slightest bit usable since they were never completed. We've had other companies look at the code that Zaptech provided to us and they say it is complete garbage! So we paid Zaptech $40,000 for a big pile of garbage!

And now they are claiming that they did not fix the broken projects because we only had 2 working days to review and submit fix requests! That's ridiculous and not something that they ever mentioned to us before now. Actually, every one of their quotes has a 12 month guarantee for their code. But they won't even honor their own policy saying that we must send them more money for them to fix anything. They aren't getting another dime from us, so we are at a standstill. They have all of our deposit money and over half of the payments and will not fix a single thing. It comes out to them owing us over $20,000 in refunds. It is absolutely absurd for them to say we owe them money, when they've received $40,000 from us and we have not received a single working project in the 8 months we've dealt with them!

STAY AWAY from Zaptech Solutions! They only care about getting money from you and then never deliver the product/services they promised. We struggled with them for over 8 months and got nothing for our trouble.
