Dri Windows Password
Software download doesn't work

I purchased and taken care of a download on my pc that will fill onto a disk that I'd fill into my notebook to reset my passsword. The disk wouldn't trunk and that I wasn't effective in identifying the key reason why. I want a reimbursement of the "standard" download and also the "skilled" download, neither one works. Please recommend.
