Xbox Fraud

My sons Xbox box live password was stolen and he was locked out of his own account. 600 plus dollars was downloaded by someone else under my account. Xbox financial services investigated and stated i would be refunded all the money that was taken from me, but their legal team had to open a separate investigation that would take 21 days. They claim there was no fraud and will not refund my money, even though i do not even have a hard drive for Xbox or memory and can not download any games etc.

I am a single mother of a special needs child. Now my child will not be allowed to play his 300 dollar game system because microsoft refuses to stand by their customers and this can happen again. My bank card was cut by the bank and with all the inconvenience i went through i think this is disgraceful. I want my money back or i will have to sue. Microsoft should be ashamed for allowing their customers to be ripped off. I have copies of all the charges i was billed for.
