Not paying rebates as promised

I've had only issues looking to get my discounts. First they claimed used to do not submit all necessary data, I'd stored a duplicate OF of it and delivered it again. Today they're declaring that Comcast informed them I requested via a diverse internet, that we didn't, and Comcast informs me they didn't inform OfferWire that both. I delivered all of them the verification emails and bills but still they're stonewalling me. This type of person criminals and everybody that has gotten attached by them must meet up and document grievances using the Better Business Institution and attempt to obtain a class-action match proceeding against them. The corporation is only fraud artists and thieves! And also to top it off their silly modem never worked precisely and that I needed to obtain a diverse one from another location!
