McAfee Total Protection Plan
Ineffective and misleading

I bought McAfee Total Safety for 3 pcs for 12 months and after a few months my desktop was contaminated with a disease that failed the pc, McAfee stated its not their problem also it was a classic pc and that I simply got it about the face. A week ago my notebook turned contaminated with adware that redirected my searches and McAfeeis Complete Safety couldn't take away the adware, however they delivered me a download to assist take it off. After I saved this program and went it, my laptop failed totally. After I approached McAfee they stated they might not assist until I settled them additional to get a specialist to analyize my program. I mentioned no which McAfee must repair it free because it was their "Safety" that failed. They stated NO again, and so I requested to get a reimbursement for that 2 weeks staying on my Complete Safety strategy. Their reaction was an apology along with a declaration that discounts needed to be submitted within 30 days of purchase (it was annually extended membership)&therefore fundamentally I discovered that the 12-month strategy really was just helpful for thirty days. I believe they have to be prosecuted for false advertising and misunderstanding
