Horrible support

I bought an Acer Aspire M5201 pc and applied it to get a touch over annually and had drive failure from guarantee. Approached Acer tech-support once fresh drive mounted since recover drives were Vista 32-bit and also the program included Vista 64-bit mounted to gain access to all of the storage. Told them that program included 64 bit per-mounted that they stated couldn't be (my bill exhibits 64-bit), they increased to Level-2 plus they stated I have to purchase the 64 bit drives! Acer is just a ripoff! Purchase from the trustworthy organization that backs their item.
