I purchased this company's AVS4YOU image convertor on April 4. It was installed on a laptop which failed a week later. Because it wasn't practical to fix the failed machine, I purchased a new laptop and wanted to install the program on the replacement computer, which the program won't let you do without purchasing a second license. I have written twice to the company, over a period of 3 weeks, to ask for help and they won't answer my email. Their website simply tells you to purchase the program a second time if you encounter the situation that I have. Outrageous! This is the only software company I have ever found with so irresponsible a policy.
