CompUSA sales people need some training

I requested the salesman to recommend a notebook for my child to try university to utilize for publishing documents.

He offered me a design and not stated that the word-processing plan wasn't involved. I've never purchased a PC where when the plan wasn't incorporated the salesman did not do the installation for you personally gratis.

Then when my child got to university and lay right down to create her first document she flipped out.

She then needed to discover anyone to generate her to some computer shop and get a wordprocessing system.

The salesmen at CompUSA would be the least educated people I've actually handled.
