Failure to replace printe

I bought one Epson printer from Officemax and after it went in only a little over annually I bought a different one, the same as I'd sense! But I included the bottom having a guarantee in the shop that will protect the printer disappointment 'no-questions asked'. After I was simply publishing heat exchanges for appliques at $2.50 a linen exactly what a surprise when it arrived so smudged and screwed it had been ugly. With extended lines. Totally useless. The printer was bought on June 7 therefore I got it back again to Officemax, which determined I'd misunderstood their 'guarantee' and they'd get me touching Epson individually (since their pleasant pc did not understand what I had been referring to) and, besides, EPSON was the accountable one because the printer was just 5 weeks old. Which was two days before. Additionally I'd simply installed-all fresh printer within the printer therefore it might create good copies. Another $50 within their wallet! Is not that swell?

I quit the printer in the store. But I did so maintain all of the paperwork and bills. They've not called back. Which was two days before.

Since Epson clearly don't care to recognize your guarantee and neither does Officemax I'm confirming this towards the BBB, the Attorney Generals office, Customer Protection. Of program these haven't the strength they used-to have because of our providing companies such a large split to complete business 'honorably' Although Not an Epson AND NEVER at Officemax and also to NEVER stomach a guarantee because they are a BOLD-FACED REST.
