Horrible experience - MacBook

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. First my child recieved a computer from this company for Christmas '09' as a gift. I called to find out about extended warranty and was told it had to be purchased at the time of sell. BUT becasue the computer was purchased on 12/2/09, delivered on 12/07 and now I am calling past 30 days of purchase I am out of luck. I tried to explain it was a Christmas gift and was told in so many word by Alina (manager) that it should have been given to her eariler before Christmas. I point blank asked her if that is what she was saying and she told me it was a personal decision when Christmas gift were open. Another Rep (sarah) told me that since I didn't buy it if something happened to it, I would not be out of anything. Only thing I can do is pray nothing happens to this MacBook, back up everyday and laugh at this company.
