Strongly not trusted - Logitech X 540

The worst online shopping experience I had. This is the first time i order from compuvest.com. Order a logitech X 540 audio. Description says its new condition. Pay $80 instead of $60 for the old one, takes about 2weeks to get it and guess what, when i open it, it has no plastic wrap on the speakers. Looks really old. The most important thing, it is missing a cable to connect my computer with the audio!!! I call the company, they told me is new from the maufacture. I call up the company, they told me it is suppose to come with the cable... Call up compuvest again, than they told me they can refund me $10 and go buy a cable myself! I wants to return it... It cost me $35 to ship back to them and can only be refund $10 for shipping... I didn't know what to do. So i decided to try if the product works. When i try to install it, i couldnt find a installation CD, but found a HPC5500 Photomark installation CD!!! They told me it was new!!! When i call back the return department represenative Sarah Huff, she kept asking me "do you want to return it or what" instead of providing a better solution. After talking to the manager, was refounded $17... The brand new one from the logitech company is $99 tax free shipping, but i pay $62 to buy a used one... Compuvest is not a trusted site... I read many reviews before i purchased... Dont know how they get such a high rating... This is my frist time writing a review... Thx to compuvest the most not trusted site... Strongly not recommeded!!!
