Extremely poor business practices

Requested an upgraded notebook battery and settled additional for second-day shipping. The merchandise was shipped about the fifth evening and was completely faulty. I've delivered 4 e-mail communications and named 3 times with no reaction of any sort over a-3 week time. There are lots of additional grievances about that organization that illustrate only bad business methods. I recommend that nobody must buy out of this kind of "questionable" company. Do your house function first and create your expenditures from truthful and worthy businesses.
