Very Rude & unhelpful

They forgot to come back my cord. These were unhelpful, etc., about receiving me an upgraded rapidly. Iam making out some specifics, but later, after I named to determine when I'd obtain the wire after reading nothing, I was ultimately informed they'd provide me a common one easily cam in. When I arrived in and informed the supervisor I would create a poor evaluation online, he explained twice: If you're likely to jeopardize me then Iam not providing you a wire today, you will have to hold back until it gets back in the factory. Whoa, really, very unpleasant, rude, and unapologetic. I'd a whole lot worse issues lately using the Bestbuy equipment division.
