Blizzard does not have a 1-800 number so therefore you are charged several dollars a minute just to receive technical support for something that is their fault anyways, ie servers being down (which happens quite frequently) in addition to the $16 you have you have to pay per month. They also do not respond to emails and theyre site is down half the time. Good luck dealing with this company.
