I had been charged on 7/16 for Norton useage but was not able to obtain this program R/TI have no idea why. I had been still charged for that item that I really could not use. Please send a credit through for I'm not able to make use of the prduct of Norton. This really is arising about the statement as DRI*Symantec Universal. There's not telephone number and so I can't keep in touch with an individual. Please solve this problem.
