Norton 360
Poor service, no protection

I purchased Norton for my Computer AND my notebook. Considering I had been guarding my computers from infections. Recently I'd a of the rouge virus—along with a business named Individual Antivirus saying I had a need to purchase their support to destroy this virus. I used actually three hours obtaining Norton on line, simply to be informed that I had a need to invest $99.00 more to look after the issue. What did I purchase within the first-place I wonder. These were like speaking with a solid wall—simply kept repeating I'd need to purchase the aid. I don't understand what I actually taken care of to begin with. All-they might state is the fact that no-one can truly guard you—why have Norton&it's a fraud. And you also cannot actually speak with anybody personally and sometimes even on line which makes sense. I'll NEVER restore with Norton again.
