I bought a Miraculous Port @ Bestbuy about 2 mo previously for $39.95 - including twelve months of support with free calls in america etc. You-can't contact other areas if you don't prepay. Today my MJ would not work. After over one hour "talking" with Geraldine after which Roy all I understand is they claim I've an outstanding balance on my consideration however they can't tell me why, just how much or every other logical info. Lastly I simply disconnected simply because they were asking me to describe for them how this occurred.
