Pushy, then hang up when I mention "rip off report"

A guy attempted to market me printer cartridges (Ink Tanks) and that I held asking him about why I can not simply increase the street and appear at his item, (the same as at office website) and he got really manipulative, then I described searching for his organization on the web and viewing a "rip-off statement" on kelly publishing offer, he got angry and hung-up on me. (I suppose I'm fortunate to own gotten away without getting scammed)
