Suspicious, unpleasant "service"

I bet on and gained an auction on eBay from Dealtree. The merchandise had been delivered from Texas. During checkout, duty was put into my purchase. After I delivered an email asking this, particularly because I'm a tax-exempt merchant, they suggested they couldn't take tax-exempt records which I'd need to go up using the taxing authorities in my own condition.

Ok, I stated, then inform me the title, tackle and duty identification of the business that'll be remitting my duty that you simply have gathered towards the state-of New Mexico to ensure that I will make an effort to get my cash back. They declined, apart from to simply say "contact Bestbuy corporate" and "we shall not be eliminating the duty from this bill".

I highly believe this duty WOn't visit wherever it's designed to and certainly will definitely not cope with these folks again. Many uncomfortable!
