2007 purchased a Acer/Desire notebook bundle n / printer, cam, wireless modem, to incorporate 1-year manufacturer warranty and Acer 2-year extended warranty on all components and work - 02 pc died (actually) today am informed warranty must be registered; nevertheless, bill exhibits purchase involved 2-year warranty, nothing in packaging stating something must be registered. Grievances to each ShopNBC and Acer America, in addition to U.S. BBB haven't created any excellent results - have grievances pending watts / AGis in both Illinois and Florida against both businesses. BEWARE! - DON'T conduct business with ShopNBC or Acer America! Move the term onto protect others!!!
