Refusal to Pay For

Prism Pointe Technologies has 5 excellent bills from our organization. We've a closed agreement together for $50/time, however they informed us these were just prepared to spend $35/hour just after-work was finished on all 5 jobs. Subsequently, they never actually delivered people that cash. The bills are from 3/08 - 6/08. The organization has downright declined to pay us something, they'renot actually acting to pay, they've mentioned they WOn't pay. They informed us they were not likely to spend the price within our agreement since its significantly more than they spend everyone, whatever their contractual responsibility is. Additionally they lied and stated they'd authorized work requests in the clients providing people poor scars, nevertheless, we're those who maintained the initial work requests and all clients offered US - 5 out-of 5 on every area without exception. They declined to supply the supposed poor evaluations whenever we informed them we'd be pleased to create our published proof of client satisfaction.
