Not receiving award or registering my card

I got some clear printer cargridges into Staples and bought new one. The revenue worker explained I'd get a $3.00 credit plus 10% down about the fresh types for buying Basics. She subsequently offered me a card with my account #.

It has been atleast 6 months before and that I haven't seen from Basics. She stated I'd get the credit through the email.

While attempting to monitor it on the internet it exhibits I'm not really a registered participant. After I try calling the phone # stated on the site and card I'm informed I will study my benefits online. There's NO INDIVIDUAL speech. Then I'm disconnected.

It was my first trip to Basics. I've recently exposed a brand new company and also have a lot of connections available world. It-this may be the method Basics does company I'd like no section of it. I'm also certain when person to person advances you will see significantly more than just a couple that'll not visit Basics.
