Bad service

I am among the information cards at 3dchipset.com, the site whose operator assisted design the BulletPC website. I requested among the modded Sapphire Radeon 9500 cards (that we taken care of at top dollar) once they first arrived. I experienced issues with the card when it comes to bad performance.

It was fixed having a movie BIOS update, however a brand new number of issues popped up where my program might secure under any type of tension (Unreal Tournament 2003 and CodeCreatures benchmarking). I organized an exchange, that was finished before Pearl ripped the 9500 cards which were constructed about the 9700 PCB. Our alternative card did perfectly since I have place it in my own device. Rich at BulletPC was exceptionally individual and useful throughout the trade, that was finished with no problem.

To people who rated the store along since you were not ready to really get your purchase stuffed, which was as a result of situation which was beyond the shopis handle. Pearl taking these cards was an ATI requirement. I am sorry you did not get your purchases in promptly since youare passing up on an excellent card, but that is no cause to defeat along the shop.
